Autogenic Training (AT) is a psychophysiological, self-regulatory process where individuals learn to relax in body and mind. It gives the trainee a powerful but simple approach to help reduce and even eliminate the harmful and painful reactions that arise from the stresses in life.
I have taught Autogenic Training since 1976 to over 1000 students and have seen over 90% of them benefit in small and mostly large ways. The powerful self-practice addresses the basic core of the mind-body, stress-dysfunction problem, and leads naturally to improved mind-body health.
